• NV Bodega Tapiz Sparkling Torrontes

Gorgeously aromatic white flowers and tangerine give way to a surprising, bone-dry palate of saline minerality, white peach, and zesty pineapple. Rounded by traditional-method lees aging, this rare, female produced bubbly is certified sustainable and was made in collaboration with Jean-Claude Berrouet, former winemaker of legendary Château Petrus.

    $24.99 / blt

    Bodegas Tapiz Sparkling Torrontes
  • If you enjoyed the highly aromatic, floral bouquet and bone-dry profile of the Sparkling Torrontés, this Crémant de Limoux is similar but slightly more subdued. While sourced from different regions (Argentina vs. France), both bottles are are made like Champagne, giving them delicate, fine bubbles and rich texture from lees aging. You'll find a similar palate of vibrant white peach, bright citrus, and crisp minerality, paired with a clean, refreshing finish that makes it just as food-friendly.

  • NV Je T'Aime Cremant de Limoux

Crafted in the traditional method, from the birthplace of sparkling wine, this elegant French bubbly opens with aromas of fresh green apple, white flowers, and limestone minerality. The palate is crisp and dry, offering layers of lemon zest, juicy peach, almond, and toasty brioche with fine, creamy bubbles.

  • 2024 Thacher Winery "Own Rooted" Chenin Blanc

Floral aromas of honeysuckle and pear open into a crisp palate of lime, white peach, green fig, and savory herbs, finishing with a natural, wet-stone mineral "oomph." Sustainably farmed old vines, low intervention, unfined and unfiltered.

    $44.99 / btl

Thacher Winery "Own Rooted" Chenin Blanc
  • If people have never had a Chenin Blanc before, I often say that it's like a Pinot Grigio (can be thin and watery), but with more oomph. The same can be said about Verdejo, it has the same easy drinking quality and orchard fruits as Pinot Grigio, good acidity, but more intensity, only heightened by old vines (low yields mean concentrated flavors). Similar to the Thacher Chenin Blanc, there is still a throughline of minerality and acidity, that refreshes the palate and make it a great food partner.

  • 2022 Vidal Soblechero "Vina Clavidor" Verdejo

This Viña Clavidor Verdejo comes from old-vine vineyards (average of 60 years) and burst with flavors of green pear, stone fruit and tropical fruit. A hallmark of the Verdejo grape is the bright crisp acidy and stony minerality that supports an expressive nose. Versatile food partner pairing with seafood, white meats, light tapas.

  • 2022 Coto de Hayas by Bodegas Aragonesas "Centenaria" Garnacha

Crafted from century-old vines in Spain’s famed "Empire of Garnacha," this vibrant red balances approachability with immense depth. Aromas of red plum and oak spice give way to rich flavors of raspberry coulis, baking spice, and savory dried herbs.

    $24.99 / btl

    Coto de Hayas "Centenaria" Garnacha
  • The Centenaria Garnacha has the big flavors of old vines, but is still balance by the spice and the fruit, while maintaining food friendly acidity. Only a few other wines/grapes are considered to be light(er) bodied, Pinot Noir included. Barbera can be super light, especially from Italy, but when made in the foothills of California, you get a richness of flavors without sacrificing that food friendly acidity, similar to Grenache- there's still a balance of fruit and pronounced spice.

  • 2023 St. Amant Barbera

  • 2021 Muscardini Cellars "Tesoro" Super Tuscan Red Blend

Skipping the heavy, jammy style of typical California blends, the 2021 Tesoro favors a savory, European-inspired elegance. Brooding dark plum, blackberry, and lavender yield to a velvety palate of espresso, mocha, and rich dark cherry, framed by a firm, luxurious structure.

    $69.99 / btl

    Muscardini Cellars Tesoro
  • The Tesoro is a Super Tuscan - meaning that it is Sangiovese dominant with the addition of French varietals (Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah for example) to give the wine depth and richness. Muscardini Cellars aims for that European elegance, which the Pasetti Tenutarossa inherently has. This Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Riserva spends more time aging (and in oak) resulting in concentrated fruits, richness, a plush tannin structure, and subtle acidity. Both pair great with braised meats, aged cheeses, tomato based dishes.

  • 2018 Pasetti "Tenutarossa" Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Riserva

Intense aromas of wild blackberry, sweet violet, and licorice lead into subtle notes of vanilla and cedar. Full-bodied and harmonious, the palate delivers concentrated flavors of dark cherry, dried herbs, and cocoa with smooth, velvety tannins.

  • 2024 Notas Frutales "La Trucha" Albarino

A bouquet of jasmine, orange blossom, and stone fruit, with an edge of saltiness leads to a palate of juicy apricot, ripe peach, pineapple, with citrus zest. It’s crisp elegance with a touch of sea breeze.

    $27.99 / btl

    Notas Frutales "La Trucha" Albarino
  • The one main similarity between the La Trucha Albarino and the Arromans Entre Deux Mers Blanc is this bedrock of salinity and minerality. While the Spanish Albarino leans more into stone fruit, the Arromans Bordeaux Blanc favors more tropical fruits and herbaceousness, unsurprising for a Sauvignon Blanc based wine. The Arromans Bordeaux Blanc is for someone who appreciates the fruit, but likes a little herbal note, or herbaceous touch to their beverages.

  • 2022 Château Les Arromans Entre-Deux-Mers Blanc

This expressive 50/50 blend, of Sauvignon Blanc and Sauvignon Gris, unleashes waves of guava, ripe pineapple, and lemongrass. The palate is surprisingly plush and rounded with layers of white peach and subtle ginger, concluding with a delightfully dry, botanical grapefruit-pith finish.

  • 2021 Avid Chardonnay

Aromas of golden apple, ripe pear and white peach, lifted by honeysuckle and citrus blossom. On the palate it balances creamy richness—from toasted almond and soft vanilla oak—with bright acidity and a long finish.

    $26.99 / btl

    Avid Chardonnay
  • If you loved the lush, creamy texture and orchard-fruit notes of the Avid Chardonnay, Tether is going to be a real treat. Both bottles strike that crowd-pleasing balance of ripe white peach, warm baking spices, and soft oak rounded out by crisp, refreshing acidity. Where Tether stands out is its Napa Valley intensity—introducing more tropical mango aromas, a slightly richer body, and French oak complexity that gives it an extra layer of decadence.

    J Bookwalter "Protagonist" Cabernet Sauvignon
  • The J Bookwalter "Protagonist" Cabernet Sauvignon is a fantastic wine in a challenging vintage, a testament to the vineyard management and the winemaking prowess of the J Bookwalter team. I love finding hidden gems that overdeliver, and Muscardini Cellars does that in spades. 2018 is considered a hallmark year in Northern California, so it's no surprise that this small production Sonoma Cab has that rich concentration of fruit, but with an umami of balsamic and earthy mushrooms, well integrated structure and a lingering finish.
